Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. Using PayPal Payment Services.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . However please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. You will notified if any products are out of stock with suppliers at time of your order being placed, and which will not be deliverd within 10 working days .
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed if this will take longer then 10 business days
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

RETURNS
· Krystal-ice.co.uk are committed to providing quality products and customer service, however on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our service commitment, we offer the following returns facilities: -
o For a return authorisation please call 07963946235 (mon-fri 9-5), this number must be used on the return form we send out to you and in any future correspondence.
o We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit.
o The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
o Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, therefore please use a recognised courier and make sure your goods are adequately insured.
o We will accept the return of faulty products for repair during the guarantee period, however we levy a standard charge of £25 plus vat for units that have no fault found on testing by our service agents. This is in addition to any carriage charges of £10 for returning to you.
o We shall not be held responsible for any cost incurred for the return, removal or reinstallation of any faulty products.
